St. Louis Style Ribs:

This refers to the cut of the meat. These ribs have a good mix of meat and fat. That means the meat won’t be falling off the bone, but it will be pretty close!

Virginia Style Chopped Pork:

Usually whole hog, shoulder or Boston butt. We rub ours with a coffee barbecue spice mixture, mop it with a vinegar-based sauce then smoke it over hickory.

Texas Style Brisket:

Beef Brisket, seasoned with salt, pepper, yellow mustard and spices, then smoked for hours. Usually served without sauce according to Texas tradition.

Pulled CHicken:

Our chickens are raised right here on the farm to provide the highest quality possible.
