About Us. Prost! Rockville German Band was founded in 2010 as an adjunct to the Rockville Concert Band. The 12-25 member band, in costume, performs hundreds of authentic German, Austrian and Czech polkas, waltzes & marches. Come join in the fun as they perform at our Oktoberfest festivities.
